Braeven was started 20 years ago after two innovative individuals identified an issue in the IT sector namely: hiring and retaining effective salespeople that build predictable pipelines and drive sustained business growth. With this in mind, we set out to create a sales engine that delivers sustainable predictable revenue for our clients and delivering consistent results. This is achieved through training, management oversight and many years of sales experience.
Braeven currently has salespeople on the ground in Gauteng, Limpopo, and the Western Cape.
Additionally, Braeven has reach into 12 English speaking African Countries through strategic partnerships.
Companies hire a salesperson and expect miracles…. The individual is expected to effectively operate without “tools of the trade” such as supportive marketing, target market data, content, USP’s, sales process, pricing, inbound lead strategy, sales collateral etc. We at Braeven see successful sales as a complex blend of people, process, and technology. We have refined all three of these elements into a highly effective sales engine.
