Braeven’s Sales manager will focus on the execution of an agreed stales strategy. He will manage all aspects of the sales team as well as drive collaboration between marketing and sales. The primary deliverables will be to implement structure, accountability, predictability and repeatability and meet revenue targets. Additionally the SMAAS will assist with sales people recruitment, coaching and mentorship and performance management.
